Fabric8 Membrane Services is a fabrication company in the Philippines with over 30 years’ experience in fabrication. Our 4,500m2 state-of-the-art facility is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, located on the island of Luzon's West Coast, roughly 100km (62 miles) North of Manila Bay. This freeport zone is noted for being a hub for significant enterprises and businesses in the Philippines' Northern region.
What We Do
Fabric8 specializes in textile fabrication for a range of materials including ETFE, PTFE-coated fiberglass, PVC-coated polyester, HDPE shade cloth, polyethylene, vinyl, and canvas. We have a long track record of successfully executing complex fabrication for projects around the world and have built a solid reputation in the industry. From smaller productions such as tents and PVC umbrella skins to large-scale fabrication of stadiums and arenas, we take pride in our precise production process. Proof of this is in our continued collaborations with award-winning contractors and rental companies across the globe.

Equipment
To ensure high-quality and world-class production, Fabric8 continues to invest in new technologies like PTFE heat-sealing equipment, ETFE welding, RF welding for PVC, wedge welding for PE and clear PVC fabrics, large-scale industrial sewing machines, and automated eyeleting machines. Investing in our machinery not only increases our output efficiency, but also reduces the strain on our employees.
Freight & Delivery
To ensure that everything arrives to the customer in great shape and that our clients’ needs are both met and exceeded, our deliveries are transported in a solid, secure manner. At Fabric8, we have developed our own design for solid timber packaging, that is made in-house to guarantee the highest quality for every shipment.
Materials We Work With
Fabric8 focuses solely on the fabrication of tensile membranes, including ETFE, PTFE, PVC, HDPE Shade Cloth and Mesh, ensuring that all quality specifications and requirements of membrane fabrication are met. Fabric8 analyzes the landscape of the final delivery destination and use of the fabric to give experience-based advice on the requirements and unique behaviors of the materials.

𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘃𝗶𝗻𝘆𝗹𝗖𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 #𝗣𝗩𝗖 coated polyester is one of the most commonly selected materials for tensile membrane structures & is the most cost-effective. PVC has excellent strength & flexibility.
High Density Polyethylene #HDPE is a thermoplastic polymer made from petroleum. As one of the most versatile plastic materials around.
𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗵 fabric is fabricated most commonly from stainless steel, copper, bronze, polyester (or nylon), and polypropylene.
Our Team
Fabric8 provides local employment for skilled Filipinos, with the Team composed of 99% Filipino workers, from Administration and Technical Support to the whole Production Team. They are led by Australian expat Nick Fenwick, who has been residing in the Philippines for almost 10 years.
