The most prevalent Portable Shelter products in all applications are the Habitat and the Long Habitat structures. Both are interchangeable and adaptable depending on the individual need and requirements of the project and how it will be used.
The Habitat
The Habitat is Design Shelter's most adaptable portable shelter series. It goes up quickly and is particularly sturdy in high wind situations due to its simple structure and octagonal form. It is appropriate for usage in the field for sleeping quarters, medical operations, command and control centers, communications, and project administration.

Other major functions include mess halls, bathing facilities, ablution shelters, cache storage, distant makeshift hospitals, and portable schools.
We take the manufacture of distant moveable shelters very seriously. We have studied every aspect of human comfort if a task, situation, or pursuit needs temporary soft walled housing. Everything from packing and handling to comfort, stability, security, and strength is covered.

The Long Habitat
The Long Habitat is an expanded version of the Habitat that offers more floor space. It is appropriate for use in the field as sleeping quarters, medical operations, command and control centers, communication, and project administration.

Mess halls, bathing facilities, ablution shelters, cache storage, distant improvised hospitals, and portable schools are some of the other principal purposes.
The Design Shelter Long Habitat is the market's most adaptable mid-sized movable shelter.
